Erin Westphal currently serves as a Program Officer for The SCAN Foundation. Ms. Westphal’s work focuses on supporting the dissemination and assessment of promising new program models that inform and strengthen long-term care policy development.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Westphal was the special project coordinator for the City of Los Angeles Department of Aging. In this role, she developed community based programs for seniors and caregivers in the City of Los Angeles.
Additionally, Ms. Westphal has served as director of research for the Beverly Foundation and project coordinator for the Orange County Elder Abuse Forensic Center.
Ms. Westphal holds a Masters of Science in Gerontology degree from the University of Southern California Davis School of Gerontology and a bachelors degree in psychology from San Diego State University.
