The updated Web site at www.thescanfoundation.org offers customized subscription services that allow visitors to receive updates from the Foundation’s comprehensive research and policy library, newly posted policy briefs and fact sheets, press releases, health care news and grant announcements.
Long Beach, Calif. – Dedicated to advancing the development of a sustainable continuum of quality care for seniors in California and nationally, The SCAN Foundation has recently launched its updated Web site – www.thescanfoundation.org.
Following a complete redesign of its features and functionality, the site now offers a wide-range of easily accessible online resources aimed at raising awareness and advancing the public policy discussion of integrating medical and human services for older adults with long-term care needs. Customized subscription services allow visitors to receive updates from the Foundation’s comprehensive research and policy library, newly posted policy briefs and fact sheets, press releases, health care news and grant announcements.
Students, researchers, policymakers, legislators, health care and social service professionals and members of the media are encouraged to visit to learn more about The SCAN Foundation’s mission and funding priorities. The new site also offers a searchable grant and request for proposal (RFP) database as well as links and resources to provide the information needed to build a high quality and sustainable system for aging well in the community.
