Betlach brings more than three decades of experience advancing cost-effective, equity-centered health care systems that support older adults and people with complex needs.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201cTom possesses a rare ability to drive policy change that results in real-world impact,\u201d said\u00a0The SCAN Foundation\u2019s President and CEO\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thescanfoundation.org\/es\/gente\/sarita-a-mohanty-md-mba-en-mvp\/\">Sarita A.
