During her tenure, she scaled the company through 50% year-over-year revenue growth, built a robust leadership pipeline, led IPO-readiness initiatives, and implemented culture and diversity frameworks that delivered measurable engagement and retention gains.\r\n\r\nEarlier, Celeste held executive HR roles at\u00a0Medtronic, where she led global HR strategy for the $2B+ Diabetes Group, enabling double-digit revenue and EBITA growth, improving organizational design, and earning the\u00a0CEO Inclusion Award\u00a0for her leadership in diversity and inclusion.
