During the pandemic, she returned to Los Angeles to care for her 95-year-old grandmother, who had developed dementia\u2014an experience that deepened her commitment to improving the lives of older adults and their caregivers.\r\n\r\nXenia is Austrian-American, grew up between Bangkok and Los Angeles and speaks Mandarin and German. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Harvard University, where she also studied Film and Photography.
