Las Tablas 1 y 2 describen las reducciones propuestas que debilitar\u00edan la infraestructura de servicios domiciliarios y comunitarios de California, que permite que las personas con necesidades significativas no ingresen a los hogares de ancianos. La \u00fanica inversi\u00f3n para esta poblaci\u00f3n es un aumento propuesto de la tarifa de cuatro meses para los centros de enfermer\u00eda especializada, que han experimentado una alta concentraci\u00f3n de casos y muertes por COVID-19 (Tabla 3).
