These include reductions to the In-Home Supportive Services program and a new investment in the Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program, among others.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span data-contrast=\"none\">We\u2019ve developed an analysis to help advocates, community-based organizations, and other stakeholders understand the implications of\u00a0the budget\u00a0proposals.
