plans,\u00a0disruption in access to long-term services and supports\u00a0(LTSS),\u00a0lack of accessible shelters, and barriers to\u00a0overall\u00a0recovery.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span data-contrast=\"none\">To\u00a0identify\u00a0gaps in\u00a0the\u00a0response\u00a0to the wildfires\u00a0from the older adult perspective\u00a0and\u00a0elevate\u00a0lessons learned\u00a0to inform future\u00a0disaster\u00a0response,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leadingageca.org\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">LeadingAge\u00a0California<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">, with support from\u00a0The SCAN Foundation and UniHealth Foundation,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0developed a report, titled\u00a0\u201cAddressing Gaps in Emergency Response Systems for Older Adults Impacted by Wildfires.\u201d The report\u00a0gathered insights through stakeholder interviews, coalition meetings, and after-action reports\u00a0to uncover\u00a0the following overarching\u00a0strengths and challenges:\u00a0<\/span><span
