My Care, My Choice (MCMC), a tool we developed to help Californians with Medicare and Medicaid better understand their health care options, has moved to a new home. Through a grant from the Administration for Community Living, the National Council on Aging has adopted the resource with plans to adapt it for more states, starting first with Ohio.
