Celeste Ortiz is a senior healthcare and human resources executive with more than two decades of experience driving organizational transformation, growth, and governance excellence across global, high-growth, and publicly traded companies. She currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at BeautyHealth, a global aesthetics medical device company (NASDAQ: SKIN), where she leads enterprise-wide people strategy and organizational design in support of sustained EBITDA growth and innovation.
Prior to joining BeautyHealth, Celeste was Chief People Officer at Crossover Health, a pioneering healthcare services organization partnering with leading employers such as Microsoft, Meta, and Amazon to deliver integrated, tech-enabled care. During her tenure, she scaled the company through 50% year-over-year revenue growth, built a robust leadership pipeline, led IPO-readiness initiatives, and implemented culture and diversity frameworks that delivered measurable engagement and retention gains.
Earlier, Celeste held executive HR roles at Medtronic, where she led global HR strategy for the $2B+ Diabetes Group, enabling double-digit revenue and EBITA growth, improving organizational design, and earning the CEO Inclusion Award for her leadership in diversity and inclusion. Her prior experience includes senior HR leadership at Johnson & Johnson—where she led integration for a global acquisition based in Israel—and Pfizer, where she guided major M&A integrations and talent strategies for a $30B U.S. Pharmaceuticals group.
Celeste is a Certified Board Member through the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), holding the Board Member Certification (2022), Cyber-Risk Oversight Certificate (2024), and CEO Succession Certificate (2025).

Celeste is an active member of the Corporate Directors Roundtable of Orange County and the Society for Human Resource Management. She holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BS in Human Resources Management from Geneva College, graduating with highest honors.
