Xenia Viragh is the Program Manager of Impact Investments at The SCAN Foundation, where she sources, diligences, and manages investments that advance the Foundation’s mission to help older adults age well in home and community.

Before joining the Foundation, Xenia worked as an Associate at Goldman Sachs in the Asset Management division. During the pandemic, she returned to Los Angeles to care for her 95-year-old grandmother, who had developed dementia—an experience that deepened her commitment to improving the lives of older adults and their caregivers.

Xenia is Austrian-American, grew up between Bangkok and Los Angeles and speaks Mandarin and German. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Harvard University, where she also studied Film and Photography. In her free time, she enjoys shooting film photography, cooking, and playing tennis.
