Natalie King, MBA, MPA, is the Senior Director of Strategy and a member of the Executive Team at The SCAN Foundation. In this role, she leads organizational strategy, serves as Chief of Staff to the President and CEO, and provides strategic oversight for the Foundation’s mission-aligned investing work.
She brings more than a decade of cross-sector health care experience, working across the U.S. health care ecosystem to craft and execute data-driven strategies that position organizations for long-term success. Her areas of expertise include Medicaid and Medicare, value-based care, the social determinants of health, and community-based care.
Before joining The SCAN Foundation, Natalie worked at the strategy and innovation consulting firm Innosight, where she advised leading health care companies on strategic growth opportunities in the face of industry disruption. She previously led the aging portfolio at a nonpartisan health policy think tank and has served as an independent consultant to clients including Easterseals, the Denver Mayor’s Office, and RapidSOS.
Natalie holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School. She serves on the Board of the Southern Maine Agency on Aging and on the City of Portland’s Community Development Block Grant Allocation Committee. She lives in Maine with her husband and their daughter.
