It is a question at the heart of what we doat The SCAN Foundation (TSF)—and as 2025 draws to a close, I want to share how the voices and perspectives of older adults guide our continuing work. I also want to use this opportunity to lift up what older adults are saying about their ability to find the high-quality services and supports they need and deserve so they can age with dignity.

Starting in 2019, Medicare Advantage (MA) plans have increasingly offered new nonmedical supplemental benefits like transportation to medical appointments, in-home caregiver visits, and debit cards to help pay for groceries, gas, and utilities.
