She is the Head of Partnerships and Policy for Cityblock Health, a value-based provider built for low-income populations with complex needs.
Anna Maria Chávez developed the leadership skills growing up in Eloy, Ariz., that would propel her into a career of public service. Her desire to transform the world through servant leadership led her to Yale University, before pursuing a juris doctorate at the University of Arizona.
Rosemary Ellis is a management consultant who helps organizations bridge management gaps and guides processes such as strategic planning, change management, core operations evaluations, key personnel hiring, brand building, and partnership building. She has worked with both nonprofit and private sector organizations, and has advised multiple start-up companies.
Brandon Jones is a technology executive with expertise in leading sales and operations functions for high-growth platforms. Currently, he serves as LinkedIn’s Head of North America Sales Development, overseeing its 130-person growth engine across its San Francisco, Chicago, and New York offices.
In 2012, Francesca “Cesca” Luzuriaga joined the Board of SCAN Health Plan, a nonprofit Medicare Advantage Health Plan that serves older adults in California. She previously served as Chair of the Board and the Audit Committee, and currently is the Chair of its Corporate Governance Committee.
Sarita A. Mohanty, MD, MPH, MBA, serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of The SCAN Foundation. The SCAN Foundation is one of the largest foundations in the United States focused entirely on improving the quality of health and life for older adults.
Celeste Ortiz, Chief People Officer at Crossover Health, has dedicated her career to enabling successful business growth through a strong people agenda. During a 20-year career as a human resources executive for Fortune 50 health care companies, Ms. Ortiz has specialized in scaling talent and capabilities, developing strong cultures, growing leaders, and winning by building diverse and inclusive teams.
Cheryl Phillips, MD, is President and Chief Executive Officer for the SNP Alliance, a national nonprofit association of special needs and managed Medicaid plans to serve vulnerable adults with complex care needs. Prior to this she served as the Senior Vice President for Public Policy and Health Services at LeadingAge in Washington, D.C.
A behavior designer, social entrepreneur and mentor capitalist, Margarita Quihuis now serves as the Executive Director of the Peace Innovation Lab (PIL) at Stanford and the Peace Innovation Institute in the city of The Hague. Ms. Quihuis formerly served as the first Director of Astia—a technology incubator for women entrepreneurs where her portfolio companies raised $67 million in venture funding.
Carol Raphael is a Senior Advisor at Manatt Health Solutions. She served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Visiting Nurse Service of New York (VNSNY), the largest nonprofit home health organization in the United States, for more than 20 years.
Linda Rosenstock, MD, MPH, is a physician executive in academia and government, with broad experience in clinical care, health care delivery, population health, research, and health and regulatory policy. She is Dean Emeritus, UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, and is currently Professor of Health Policy and Management, Environmental Health Sciences, and Medicine at UCLA.
