Manager of Grants Administration and Operations

Serve as the Foundation’s principal grants, contracting, and operations manager. Oversee all grants management processes, practices, and systems, by strategically administering all related grant and program consultant administration functions, tracking all grant requests from proposal stage through completion of the grant and contracting process, and managing the web-based grants management system, online resources and reporting needs. Support contract development, including creation, due diligence, execution, and adherence, ensuring Foundation policy are upheld. Director of Federal Health and Aging Policy

The Director of Federal Health and Aging Policy will be responsible for leading policy research and analysis on the Foundation’s key federal policy areas impacting older adults, primarily in Medicare and Medicaid. This role will be critical in advancing the Foundation’s federal policy priorities and will work in close coordination with the state policy team to ensure alignment across state and federal policy efforts.
